How do you complain about?

As soon as the package arrives in the warehouse, it will be viewed by our staff, you will then receive the voucher directly on the email used for the purchase.The voucher has no expiration and is equal to the value of the articles rendered, it is freely spent on the site at any time. IMPORTANT:The voucher must be spent in a single purchase, otherwise the possible surplus is to be considered lost.

IMPORTANT! The return costs are borne by the consumer, therefore the amount of € 8.00 will be deducted from the voucher.

We would like to clarify that if all the instructions indicated above are not correctly followed the return/gearbox will be refused and the costs will be borne by the consumer.

Complaints

Although the percentage of defects in the products delivered is low, it is good to know that we will solve any inconveniences without delay and satisfactorily. It is in our interest to solve everything as quickly as possible, so don't worry you have to wait more than necessary to solve the problem (it is usually solved within 14 working days since the goods will arrive at our warehouse).

What are my rights at the time of the complaint?
